Description
No-Bake Christmas Cheesecake Bites are simple to make and perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- Decorative toppings (e.g., crushed peppermint, chocolate drizzle, festive sprinkles)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners. Press about 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each liner to form a crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into each muffin liner over the crust. Fill them to the top.
- Cover the muffin tin with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the cheesecake bites to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove the cheesecake bites from the muffin tin. Top each one with your choice of decorative toppings, such as crushed peppermint or a drizzle of chocolate.
- Arrange the cheesecake bites on a festive platter for serving.
Notes
- These cheesecake bites are best served chilled.
- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preference.
