Instructions
- In a food processor, blend cottage cheese and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
- Add protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour, and a pinch of salt. Pulse until a thick dough forms.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in chocolate chips for texture and flavor.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10–15 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Roll into 10–12 small balls using a spoon or scoop. Place in an airtight container.
