  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and Caesar dressing, stirring until well combined.
  5. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, ensuring they are well-coated with the creamy sauce.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Once cooked, remove the skillet from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
