Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and Caesar dressing, stirring until well combined.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, ensuring they are well-coated with the creamy sauce.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the skillet from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
