Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons light butter, softened (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Arrange the peeled and deveined shrimp flat in a small baking dish.
  3. Lightly spray the shrimp with olive oil spray and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  4. Pour lemon juice and white wine over the shrimp, then sprinkle minced garlic on top.
