- 4 salmon fillets (5–6 oz / 140–170 g each)
- 1 (5.2 oz / 150 g) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Use Boursin Shallot & Chive, Black Truffle, or Caramelized Onion
- Swap salmon with cod, halibut, or trout
- Add spinach or tomato slices underneath
- Mix in lemon zest for extra brightness
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for heat
- Use ghee instead of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment. Pat salmon dry, brush with olive oil, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese with minced garlic and a pinch of paprika (and lemon zest if using) until smooth.
- Place salmon in the dish and spread the Boursin mixture generously over each fillet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and the topping is creamy and lightly golden.
- Let rest 3 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
