Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 23 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • Optional: Toothpicks for serving

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim ends, halve each sprout, and toss with avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange cut-side down on the sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and top each warm sprout half with a crumble of blue cheese.
  5. Let the cheese soften slightly, then transfer to a serving platter and add toothpicks if desired.
  6. Enjoy warm as a flavorful, bite-sized appetizer.
