- 2 pounds frozen fully-cooked meatballs (beef, chicken, or turkey)
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce (mild or medium)
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, sesame seeds, crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together buffalo wing sauce, honey, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker and pour sauce over them. Stir gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or on HIGH for 2–2½ hours, stirring once halfway through.
- Stir well before serving. Keep on the “warm” setting during parties.
- Sprinkle with green onions, sesame seeds, or crushed red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
