Ingredients

  • ½ cup White chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Cream the butter in a stand mixer until light and fluffy—about 2 minutes. Add the vanilla extract and mix for another 30 seconds.
  3. Combine the flour and powdered sugar gradually, mixing on medium speed until your dough comes together into a soft mass.
  4. Shape the dough into a large ball using your hands.
  5. Roll the dough into balls approximately 1.5 to 2 inches in size. Place them evenly spaced on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Press a gentle well into the center of each dough ball with your thumb.
  7. Fill each indentation with the cherry pie filling.
  8. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  9. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring until silky smooth.
  10. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the tops of the cookies using a piping bag.
