Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not over-mix.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
