- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons cookie butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 crushed Biscoff cookie
Instructions
- In a small measuring cup or mason jar, add the hot water, espresso powder, and 1 tablespoon of cookie butter. Stir gently with a milk frother or secure the lid and shake until well combined and frothy.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of melted cookie butter around the inside of a tall glass, then fill the glass with ice.
- Pour the espresso mixture and the milk into the glass over the ice, watching the beautiful cascades.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs.
