Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons cookie butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 crushed Biscoff cookie

Instructions

  1. In a small measuring cup or mason jar, add the hot water, espresso powder, and 1 tablespoon of cookie butter. Stir gently with a milk frother or secure the lid and shake until well combined and frothy.
  2. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of melted cookie butter around the inside of a tall glass, then fill the glass with ice.
  3. Pour the espresso mixture and the milk into the glass over the ice, watching the beautiful cascades.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs.
