- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic, chili paste, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- If using homemade dough, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. If using store-bought, follow package instructions.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Distribute the chili garlic chicken evenly over the cheese. Add sliced bell pepper and red onion.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
- Cut the pizza into slices and serve hot.
