  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (Can substitute with half-and-half)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry, then pounding it to an even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Mix in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine. Simmer until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Arrange the trimmed asparagus in the prepared baking dish, then place the seasoned chicken on top.
