Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the peri-peri sauce, mixing well with the onions and garlic.
