- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the chicken with cooking spray or drizzle a little oil over them for extra crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and BBQ sauce together.
- Brush the honey BBQ mixture over the chicken during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- While the chicken is baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the halved baby potatoes and cook until fork-tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and set them aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until it melts and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cook on low heat for another 2-3 minutes to warm through.
