- 500g cuajada
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50g flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the cuajada, sugar, eggs, and flour until smooth.
- Gradually add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- If desired, add cinnamon for flavor.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until set in the middle.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with a sprinkle of sugar before serving for a caramelized crust.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can use half milk and half cream. Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing for the best texture.
