Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Add salt to taste. Stir in sriracha or hot sauce for spice, or honey for balance.
- Let the sauce rest in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
