Description

Deliciously chewy cookies packed with raspberries and white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.
