Description

Irish Cream Oreo Truffles are rich, creamy no-bake treats made with crushed Oreos, smooth cream cheese, and a hint of Irish cream flavor, all coated in silky chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies (about 1 standard package)
  • 8 oz (225g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Irish cream extract or Irish cream–flavored creamer
  • 10 oz (285g) semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped or chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional)
  • Optional toppings: green or gold sprinkles, crushed Oreos, white chocolate drizzle, edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Pulse Oreos (including filling) in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Combine Oreo crumbs, cream cheese, and Irish cream flavoring until smooth.
  3. Roll about 1 tablespoon of mixture into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate, tap off excess, and return to parchment.
  7. Add sprinkles or toppings before chocolate sets.
  8. Chill again for 15–20 minutes until firm. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
