Description
Irish Cream Oreo Truffles are rich, creamy no-bake treats made with crushed Oreos, smooth cream cheese, and a hint of Irish cream flavor, all coated in silky chocolate.

- 36 Oreo cookies (about 1 standard package)
- 8 oz (225g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Irish cream extract or Irish cream–flavored creamer
- 10 oz (285g) semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped or chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional)
- Optional toppings: green or gold sprinkles, crushed Oreos, white chocolate drizzle, edible glitter
Instructions
- Pulse Oreos (including filling) in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Combine Oreo crumbs, cream cheese, and Irish cream flavoring until smooth.
- Roll about 1 tablespoon of mixture into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate, tap off excess, and return to parchment.
- Add sprinkles or toppings before chocolate sets.
- Chill again for 15–20 minutes until firm. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
