- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Place the seared chicken back in the skillet with the onions. Drizzle the barbecue sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon on top of the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the dish to rest for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
