Instructions

  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
