Description
Jalapeño Popper Pizza: An Amazing Ultimate Recipe
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4–6 fresh jalapeños, sliced
- ½ cup cooked bacon, chopped (or vegetarian alternative)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- If using a store-bought crust, place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet. If making homemade dough, roll it out to your desired thickness.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Evenly spread the cheese mixture over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the sliced jalapeños and chopped bacon evenly over the cheese mixture.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
- Use a pizza cutter to slice your pizza into wedges and serve.
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
- You can substitute bacon with a vegetarian alternative.
