- 1 slice American cheese
Instructions
- Crack the egg into a microwave-safe bowl, then whisk it lightly. Cook the egg in the microwave for 1 minute until fully set.
- Split the English muffin in half. Remove the cooked egg from the microwave and place it on the bottom half of the muffin.
- Tear the slice of American cheese into two halves and place them criss-crossed over the egg.
- Place the top half of the English muffin over the cheese and egg to complete the sandwich.
- Preheat your toaster oven to 350°F. Place the sandwich on the toaster oven pan and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned and the cheese has melted.
