Sweet & Tangy Peach Salad Dressing that elevates every bite.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe peach, peeled and chopped (or ¾ cup frozen peaches, thawed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon water (optional, to thin)
Instructions
- Peel, pit, and chop the peach. If using frozen, thaw for about 10 minutes.
- Combine peach, olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey or maple syrup in a blender or food processor.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds until creamy. Add water as needed for desired consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, then blend again briefly to combine.
- Pour into an airtight jar or bottle and refrigerate. Shake before each use.
