- 3 cloves Garlic (Minced, sauté until golden.)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste (Enhances umami flavor.)

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste and cook for a minute, then add crushed tomatoes. Allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Lower the heat and mix in cream and butter, stirring until well combined and the sauce is blush pink, around 2-3 minutes.
- Season sauce with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss drained pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water gradually.
- Dish up Pink Sauce Pasta into bowls and top with fresh basil or extra cheese. Optionally, sprinkle red pepper flakes for heat.
