Instructions
- Collect all the ingredients listed above for easy access.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the orange juice and lime juice.
- Pour in the olive oil and whisk until well blended.
- Add the minced garlic to the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, and salt, whisking until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Place your chicken pieces (legs, thighs, or breasts) in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
