- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares or desired shape.
- Place cheese mixture in the center of half the pastry shapes.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
