Description

A delightful twist on classic grilled cheese, using flaky puff pastry for a crispy exterior and melty cheese filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares or desired shape.
  4. Place cheese mixture in the center of half the pastry shapes.
