Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup More raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Granola or nuts

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Gently mash the raspberries with a fork and add them to the chia mixture, stirring until combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the pudding thickens.
  4. Once thickened, stir and divide into serving cups. Top with more raspberries or your favorite garnishes.
