Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core and slice apples and pears into thin, uniform pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss fruit with coconut sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt. Add vanilla extract if using.
- Spread fruit evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with coconut oil.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and caramelized.
