- 1 lb pork chops (choose boneless for easier cooking)
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- ¾ cup almond flour (low-carb alternative)
- 2 ½ tablespoon finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉ (200℃) and grease a large baking sheet.
- In a zipper bag, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Shake well.
- In a bowl, beat the egg and heavy cream together until smooth.
- Dip a pork chop in the egg mixture, ensuring it is lightly coated.
- Place the coated pork chop in the zipper bag with the breading mixture, close the bag, and shake until covered. Transfer to the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chops.
- Bake at 400℉ (200℃) for 20 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway through for an even texture.
