Ingredients

  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • ¾ cup almond flour (low-carb alternative)
  • 2 ½ tablespoon finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉ (200℃) and grease a large baking sheet.
  2. In a zipper bag, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Shake well.
  3. In a bowl, beat the egg and heavy cream together until smooth.
  4. Dip a pork chop in the egg mixture, ensuring it is lightly coated.
  5. Place the coated pork chop in the zipper bag with the breading mixture, close the bag, and shake until covered. Transfer to the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chops.
  6. Bake at 400℉ (200℃) for 20 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway through for an even texture.
