  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan. Stir-fry until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
