  • 1 medium frozen banana (use a ripe banana before freezing)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (ripe, fresh strawberries can be used if you prefer)

Instructions

  1. Add ¾ cup of plant-based milk, the frozen banana, and matcha powder to your blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  2. Pour the matcha banana mixture into a large serving glass and set it aside.
  3. Give your blender a quick rinse. Then, add the remaining 1 cup of milk and the frozen strawberries. Blend on high until everything is silky smooth, around 30-45 seconds.
  4. Carefully pour the strawberry mixture over the green matcha base in the glass. Use a straw or spoon to create gentle swirls.
