- 3/4 cup plant-based milk (try almond or oat milk for different flavors)
- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder (packed with antioxidants)
- 1 medium frozen banana (use a ripe banana before freezing)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (ripe, fresh strawberries can be used if you prefer)
Instructions
- Add ¾ cup of plant-based milk, the frozen banana, and matcha powder to your blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
- Pour the matcha banana mixture into a large serving glass and set it aside.
- Give your blender a quick rinse. Then, add the remaining 1 cup of milk and the frozen strawberries. Blend on high until everything is silky smooth, around 30-45 seconds.
- Carefully pour the strawberry mixture over the green matcha base in the glass. Use a straw or spoon to create gentle swirls.
