- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk

Instructions
- Cook and mash sweet potato until smooth. Set aside.
- Mix warm milk with yeast and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
- In a bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, melted butter, eggs, salt, and the yeast mixture. Stir well.
- Gradually add flour to form a sticky dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
- Punch down the dough, divide, and shape into 12-15 rolls.
- Place the shaped rolls on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

- Peel and cube sweet potato for faster cooking.
- A slightly sticky dough is normal; resist adding too much extra flour.
