Instructions

  2. Separate the dough ball into 5 equal parts. Dust your working surface with flour, then roll each portion into a tortilla about 1/2 cm thick using a rolling pin.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Place each tortilla in the pan and cook for 1 minute on each side until lightly golden, stacking them on a plate covered with a clean kitchen towel.
