- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions

- Add minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.

- Stir in the orzo pasta. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the orzo is tender.
