- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- Spread the softened cream cheese over the chicken evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth.
- Add the ranch seasoning mix to the soup mixture and stir well.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and cream cheese in the Crock Pot.
- Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once fully cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken within the sauce.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well-combined.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
- If desired, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
