Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  2. Spread the softened cream cheese over the chicken evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Add the ranch seasoning mix to the soup mixture and stir well.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and cream cheese in the Crock Pot.
  6. Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once fully cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken within the sauce.
